Who you are contracting with
MG Academy is a tuition and mentoring service operated by Mohit Gupta, an independent ACCA tutor. These terms cover your use of this website and any coaching you book through it.
No affiliation with ACCA
MG Academy is not an ACCA Approved Learning Partner and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. References to ACCA papers and the qualification are factual and descriptive only. Always check the official ACCA website for the current syllabus, fees and exam dates.
No guarantee of results
Coaching is a service, not an outcome. No result is promised or guaranteed. Your result depends on your own preparation, consistency and performance on the day, and on factors outside anyone’s control.
Exam scores published on this site describe Mohit Gupta's own results and, where labelled as such, the results of named past students. Neither is a prediction of what you will score.
Booking, payment and cancellation

Materials and intellectual property
Notes, recordings and other materials provided during coaching are for your personal study only. Please do not copy, share, resell or publish them. Materials produced by third parties remain the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
Please use the site and any student portal account only for your own study. Do not share your account, attempt to access anyone else’s data, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability arising from the coaching is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
